“It’s almost like a magic carpet ride.”

I was smiling reading Valerie’s email.  

Valerie had done the Causative Communication training and was committed to using what she learned.

She came for the training because she had an amazing ability to communicate with everyone EXCEPT her direct boss.  She said, “Try as I might, I can’t get his attention as he is always too busy or simply dismissive… consistently conveying he has more important business to take care of.”

She wrote me a month later, “I am completely blown out of the water by how much my boss has changed!  I couldn’t believe my boss stopped multi-tasking the first time we met after the class. He actively listened, and he agreed with my proposal to move forward with a much needed project.” 

Here’s what she thought was the best part, “I had to laugh because the ‘magic carpet ride’ I thought I was on was not limited to a ‘one day event’ and the boss would change back to his old ways … I now have the capability of profoundly changing reality as I was the one that had transformed completely, banishing all my doubt and fear that had plagued our early exchanges. I literally transformed my abilities at a core level.”

Valerie continues to write to me about her many wins. After using Causative Communication skills on a daily basis for two full years, she wrote me this:

“It truly is almost like a magic carpet ride.  It means your communication causes the other person to feel inspired, exhilarated, uplifted, buoyant with new hope and optimism.  The feeling that Causative Communication creates in the other person is a positive emotional force combined with a vision of a fabulous new reality, of amazing possibility.  It makes the other person feel FULL of personal purpose and causes within them a powerful re-commitment and heartfelt re-dedication to that purpose.  It mobilizes all that is best in the other person.  It sets men and women on fire to go into instant communication and into immediate action.  It banishes any fear or doubt and makes them want to reach out with all they’ve got.  You see it in their eyes.  They’ve left ordinary life behind.  They are in the exhilarating extraordinary.  And you feel that way too.  It spirals up.”

You can imagine what this has done for Valerie’s career and her life, including her personal life.

Achieving this level of exhilaration takes work. It’s hard work for 3 days in Causative Communication training to develop the skills you gain. People tell me, “This is hard!” many times throughout the training. But when they gain these skills, life is never the same again.

It takes work at the beginning to continue to use these skills after the training when you’re living in a world that doesn’t have them. The payoff is an exhilarating life. It’s always amazing how others change when you do the training and speak to them as a causative communicator. You create transformation. The power truly is always in your hands.

The many people who use these skills every day understand that our ability to communicate is the most important ability we have. Life is a dream when you consistently achieve success communicating your insights, your passions, your intelligence and your heart’s desires. There is nothing you can’t achieve.
