“I forgot we were virtual.  It feels like we’re in the same room together.  We feel so close.”

Sylvia said this to the other participants attending the online Causative Communications workshop with her.  They all nodded…smiled…and sat enjoying a moment of silence.  Real understanding had created complete connection.
